In 2022, Martyn and Luke launched Kalos from their university house, creating a community lifestyle brand that united the London calisthenics scene.

Buying a 2nd hand embroidery machine from eBay, and a heavy youtube session was all we needed to start creating our own clothing from home. This was the spark that set our whole journey into motion.

Fast forward to today and we're on that journey full force, helping some of the biggest names across the UK build their brand. With renowned clients such as GymBox and The Gym Group, whilst event hosting workshops at Nike HQ and Harlequins Rugby!
